TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In using any service at DB cosmetic tattooinng, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

PAYMENTS OF SERVICES 

the following are all acceptable methods of payments 

*Cash 

*Visa debit/ credit card

Please find all pricing available on website.

BOOKING FEES/DEPOSITS

We do require a booking fee to secure your appointment.

if your booking fee is not recieved prior to your apointment we will not hold the booking.

amount paid in your deposit wil be deducted from the total on the day. 

all booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

Please allow 48 hour notice for changing your appointment. 

failure to do so will result in loss of deposit payment.

If you need to change your appointment please contact us in advance.

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS

We kindly ask that you please be courteous and respectful of our time. 

Contact us if you are unable to attend to avoid losing your deposit payment.


We also ask that you arrive to your appointment promptly so that we can dedicate the right amount of time to your procedure. 

We will not rush this service as it requires time and patience, if running late please advise us in advance.

If running more than 15mins late we will need to reschedule and will result in losing deposit payment.
