FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION TAKE?
Please allow 2 hours per session, this gives us time to go through consultations, forms, numbing and explained aftercare instructions.

DOES IT HURT?
We pre-numb the area with a medical grade numbing for at least 15mins before starting. This helps to take the edge off, more numbing is applied during the procedure to make you feel comfortable.

CAN I HAVE COSMETIC TATTOOING WHILST PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
No, unfortunately it is not entirely safe to do so, we recommend waiting until you have stopped breastfeeding.

CAN YOU TOUCH-UP/CORRECT A PREVIOUS TATTOO?
This depends on how the previous tattoo has faded out. in this case we will ask you to send a photo through of the brows with no makeup on and in good lighting so that we can assess the area.
WILL I BE ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK THE NEXT DAY?
In most cases yes the brows have very little downtime.
tenderness is the area is normal for up to 24hours.
keep in mind the brows will appear darker bigger and bolder for your first 5-7 days and you will also have a strict aftercare to follow for optimal results.
WHO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE PROCEDURE?
We generally go through some medical history forms at the time of booking which helps us determine if you are medically ok to proceed.
Certain skin types are not suitable for microblading however all of this is discussed during your consultation.
Tattooing is not suitable for:
Anyone under the age of 18
Pregnant or breastfeeding
Prone to keloid scarring
have had facial treatments including botox or fillers within 2 weeks of appointment
Been of Roaccutane in the last 12 months.
Any major medical conditions
Allergies to hair dye, makeup or nickel.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TECHNIQUE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
A thorough consultation is essential as we learn what the clients desired results are.
We also advise what would work best for your skin type.
shape, colour and technique is chosen wisely and we prefer to be conservative on your 1st session as we can always build on it in your perfecting session.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Anywhere between 6-18 months depending on skin type, lifestyle factors.
generally yearly touchups are recommended to keep the colour looking fresh,
